I went to the gym today, I dedicated myself to working harder. Did different machines, got on the elliptical and generally busted my @$$ at the gym. I am not giving up, I am going to continue to fight this war.
I am stronger than I think. We are going to go for a walk this afternoon and I am gonna
push it further. I am going to get healthy, I am going to feel good about myself, I am going to love the rest of my life. NO ONE will get in my way. I will succeed. I have awesome friends and family that are supportive. I am going to fight until this battle is won and then keep up the good fight for the rest of my life….. If you want to walk this walk with me you are welcome, otherwise get out of my way!
Shahu you are the angel on my shoulder thank you for being a part of my life for so long. Bruce Cohen, Thank you for loving me and accepting me for who I am and kicking my butt when I need it. I can do this, I will do this. There will be trials, and tribulations but I will win this one.
