I have had a bad couple of weeks. I gained 5 lbs in those two weeks. It made me so depressed. But then There was Celeste, Randy, Cameron, Selah, Manda, Desiree, Pamela, Cynthianna, Diana, Shana, Linda, Brook, ER, Timothy, Missy, and Annie, who reminded me that the Scale is not the be all and end all that tells you how you are doing. It is also about how you feel in your own skin (thanks Celeste).
and the reminder that muscle is denser than muscle. Among many other things
What I noticed is that things are easier. I can touch the floor with my finger tips. I can stretch with out a lot of positional problems, I can move easier, I have only had to use my asthma inhaler once in a month. I sleep better.
I can do 30 minutes on the treadmill, I can walk for an hour without having to sit down, My Scrub pants are too loose. My Scrub Top Hangs down to my thigh. I have lost inches. I can wear an 18/20 top that is two sizes down. I am not tired all the time.
No matter how bad things seem, It will be okay
I love this post! It is so true! Don’t limit yourself to your scale. Count every change that has made your life healthier! Go girl!
